The AI models listed above are provided by their respective third-party AI technology providers. SuperGPT acts as an interface that enables users to access these models through the Service.
Model names, versions, availability, capabilities, pricing, and access levels may change from time to time as third-party providers update, replace, discontinue, or introduce models.
By using the Service, you may receive service-related communications, including account notifications, billing information, security alerts, product updates, and other necessary communications.

We do not intentionally store sensitive payment credentials such as wallet PINs or complete card authentication information on our servers.

SuperGPT subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis depending on the package selected by the user.

Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the selected subscription terms.
If automatic payment or renewal fails, access to paid features or premium AI models may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
Users may cancel their subscription through the applicable cancellation or unsubscribe mechanism provided by SuperGPT.
Subscriptions are generally activated after successful payment confirmation.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated for a particular offer, payments are non-refundable once a subscription or billing cycle has been successfully initiated.

Such processing is necessary to provide the requested Service. The applicable third-party provider may process the information in accordance with its own policies, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

All rights, title, and interest in SuperGPT, including its software, interface, branding, design, features, and underlying technology owned or licensed by the Company, remain the property of the Company or its respective licensors.
Users retain rights to content they submit to SuperGPT to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any rights or licenses necessary for us and our third-party providers to operate the Service.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, or use any content through SuperGPT.
